1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase or registration date.
Refunds apply only to courses and workshops purchased directly through our official website or verified payment links.
To be eligible, you must have attended less than 20 % of live sessions or viewed minimal course content.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
Send an email to connectmanis99@gmail.com within 3 days of purchase.
Include your registered name, email address, payment details, and the reason for requesting a refund.
Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted if:
The refund request is made after the 3-day window.
More than 20 % of sessions or modules have been accessed.
You have violated our Terms & Conditions or engaged in disruptive behaviour.
Purchases were made through third-party partners or affiliates.
4. Cancellations or Rescheduling
If a workshop or course is cancelled or rescheduled by Connect Manish, participants may choose between:
A full refund, or
A free transfer to the next available batch or course.
